Terms of Neural Service

Welcome to Empire Skin Nexus. These Terms of Neural Service ("Terms") govern your use of our cyberpunk gaming academy, neural enhancement protocols, training programs, and digital consciousness integration services (collectively, the "Neural Services"). By accessing or using our Neural Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and submit to our advanced cybernetic protocols.

1. Neural Interface Acceptance

By accessing or using our Neural Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and accept full neural integration with our cyberpunk gaming matrix. If you do not agree to these Terms, please disconnect from our neural network immediately.

2. Cybernetic Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to undergo neural enhancement procedures. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to participate in cybernetic training protocols and that they have reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Neural enhancement is not recommended for individuals with existing cybernetic implants without proper medical clearance.

3. Neural Account Registration

To access certain features of our Neural Services, you may need to create a neural identity profile. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete neural identity information when creating your profile
• Maintain and promptly update your cybernetic profile information
• Maintain the security of your neural access credentials and quantum encryption keys
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your neural identity
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your neural profile or security breaches
• Accept responsibility for any neural modifications or enhancements performed during training

4. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets

All content on our neural network, including text, graphics, holograms, neural interfaces, audio-visual experiences, quantum algorithms, and proprietary software, is the property of Empire Skin Nexus or its neural technology licensors and is protected by advanced cyberpunk copyright, trademark, and quantum intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any neural content from our Services without our express written permission and proper neural licensing agreements.

5. Cyberpunk User Conduct

When using our Neural Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or cyberpunk gaming protocols
• Infringe on the neural rights of others, including privacy and cybernetic intellectual property rights
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable to our cyberpunk community
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Neural Services or any quantum systems or neural networks connected to the Services
• Use any device, software, or neural modification that interferes with the proper working of the Neural Services
• Introduce any viruses, trojans, quantum worms, logic bombs, or other malicious neural code
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise other users' neural enhancement progress

6. Neural Enhancement Payment Terms

For premium Neural Services and advanced cybernetic enhancement protocols:

• Payment must be made in advance before accessing premium neural enhancement content or advanced training protocols
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our neural enhancement guarantee
• Prices are subject to change based on quantum market fluctuations and neural technology advancements
• You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your neural enhancement purchases
• Cryptocurrency payments accepted for enhanced privacy and cyberpunk authenticity

7. Neural Enhancement Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next neural enhancement cycle to avoid charges. Advanced cybernetic training purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 30% of the neural content has been accessed and no permanent neural modifications have occurred. Please contact our neural support team for specific refund requests.

8. Limitation of Neural Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by cyberpunk law, Empire Skin Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of neural data, cybernetic modifications, consciousness alterations, or digital identity theft, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Neural Services.

9. Neural Protocol Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and neural protocols at any time based on technological advances and cyberpunk legal requirements. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our neural network and updating the "Last Neural Update" date. Your continued use of our Neural Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and neural protocols.

10. Neural Network Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Neural Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or engage in activities harmful to our cyberpunk community. Upon termination, your right to use the Neural Services will cease immediately, and any neural enhancements may be reversed.

11. Cyberpunk Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Digital Cyberpunk Federation and the jurisdiction in which Empire Skin Nexus operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions or interdimensional legal complications.
